Perminas Marisi

Country Head

Perminas Marisi is a project management professional with a rich background in city management. Prior to his role as Country Head, Ghana, he worked as Head of City Management and Development Control Company (DCC) for Tatu City, Appolonia City’s sister city in Kenya.

In that role, Perminas focused on building the safest and most secure, green, sustainable, environmentally friendly and resilient city that captured imagination of many. He led a team of agile, innovative and experienced professionals committed to attaining world-class urban development and management standards.

Prior to his time in Tatu City, Perminas served as the Head of Facilities and Project Management at Broll Property Group, where he oversaw and managed integrated facilities and project management services for leading multinational and local client accounts in the East African region. At Broll, Perminas honed his expertise in facilities projects planning and execution, budgeting and business development. Perminas has also previously worked in Pentawave East Africa as a consultant facilities and project manager and in Retriever East Africa as a Technical Client Support Supervisor.

Perminas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and postgraduate qualifications in project management, health and safety.

Ayesha Agyemang Buadu

Deputy Country Head, Head of Sales

Working with Rendeavour in Ghana for a decade, Ayesha leads sales for King City and Appolonia City, King City’s sister city in Accra. Ayesha has enabled hundreds of Ghanaians in their dream of home ownership in the well - planned and secure developments of Appolonia City and King City. Before Rendeavour, Ayesha worked as a Business Development Manager for Sterling’s Group Projects. She also worked with an apparel manufacturing company in Accra. Ayesha is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) where she is currently working towards obtaining final certification. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University, London.

Pius Petison

Project Manager

Pius Kweku Petison is a real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience. Prior to joining King City, he was General Manager for PS Global Ltd, a land and real estate developer. Before that, he was employed as Assistant Valuer at Land Valuation Division after completing his National Service and working at Public and Vested Land Management Division (Sekondi) between 2002 and 2004. Pius graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, with an MSc Real Estate Management & Development, and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, with BSc. (Hons) Land Economy. He is a Facilities Management Professional (FMP) of International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), a Professional Member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and a graduate member of the America Real Estate Society (ARES).

Yaw Acheampong Adjei

Marketing and Communications Manager

Yaw is an advertising agency-trained marketing communications professional who started his marketing journey with the Ninani Group. There he rose to the rank of Senior Account Manager and worked on several blue-chip brands including Enterprise Group, Access Bank, Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited, etc. He also worked on some notable regional brands including Lonestar cell MTN-Liberia and DSTV-Sierra Leone. Before joining Rendeavour, Yaw worked as Corporate Communications Manager for Dalex Finance. During his time there, he also doubled as Product Manager for an all-digital investment product called Dalex SWIFT which had over 160,000 registered customers. Yaw holds an LLB from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Geography from the University of Ghana.

Meshack Kofi Owusu

Meshack Kofi Owusu

Meshack has a background in Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and General Administration, primarily within the Real Estate and Oil & Gas sectors. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has held key roles as Finance Manager, Human Resource Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Operations Manager at Takoradi Oil Village, a prominent Real Estate company. He served as Community Director for Work the World (UK) for 5 years, where he demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. During this time, he effectively oversaw operations, finance, human resources, and general administration, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Meshack's expertise extends beyond the Real Estate sector. He served as the Western Regional Director for the Africa Institute of Management Science for 2 years. Before that, he served as General Manager at Q PLUS Company Limited, a major sub-contractor for Asanko Gold Mines Limited. In this role, he specialized in managing earth-moving equipment for mining operations and provided valuable services to the company. Meshack holds a GCBA from the Australian Institute of Business, a bachelor's in HR Studies from the University of Ghana, and an ECBA in HR Resource Management from the Graduate School of Governance and Leadership. He is currently studying for a Master’s in Business Administration.
